By accessing or using VisionShift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. VisionShift is an AI-powered design platform that uses Google Gemini to generate architectural and interior design visualizations.
2. Description of Service
VisionShift provides AI-powered design generation services including interior design, exterior design, garden design, and full-space visualization. The Service uses Google Gemini API to transform uploaded photographs into redesigned spaces based on selected styles and user prompts.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
- You may delete your account at any time from your settings page
4. AI-Generated Content
- Designs generated by VisionShift are created using AI and may not be architecturally accurate or structurally sound
- Generated designs are for visualization and inspiration purposes only — they should not be used as construction blueprints
- AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to match specific expectations
- We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from bias or inaccuracies
5. Content Ownership & Licensing
Ownership and usage rights depend on your subscription plan:
- Free & Pro Plans: You own the designs you create for personal, non-commercial use only. Exports include a VisionShift watermark.
- Business Plan: You own the designs for internal business use. No watermark on exports.
- Studio Plan: Full commercial license — you may use, sell, and distribute designs commercially. No watermark.
You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading images, you grant VisionShift a limited license to process them through our AI pipeline for the sole purpose of generating designs.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or service
- Use automated tools to excessively access the API
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
- Use the Service to generate misleading real estate listings or fraudulent representations
7. Subscription & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
- Design generation limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI generation quality depends on third-party API availability (Google Gemini).
9. Limitation of Liability
VisionShift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
